A credit agreement goes in. Reviewed, cited reference data comes out in your order management system, your accounting book of record and your warehouse, with a person approving every field before anything moves.

Bank loans and private facilities have no vendor record to subscribe to. The terms exist in an agreement somebody negotiated, so somebody reads it, and types those terms into every system by hand, once per system.
Choose a term sheet or credit agreement from the deal inbox, or drop one in. The document is read where your data already sits. Nothing is uploaded to a third party for processing.

Facilities, the pricing grid, fees, dates and notable terms, each one cited to its page and section. Dates that were computed rather than printed are marked as derived, so you always know which values the document actually stated.

Every proposed field carries the verbatim quote it came from. Rules check it (check digits, date consistency, amounts that appear only in a schedule), and anything computed or inconsistent is flagged amber or red. Claude cannot approve. Nothing reaches the security master until a person presses the button.

On approval the instrument is created in the security master and delivered to the order management system, the accounting book of record and the warehouse, each in its own format, by numbered requests you can audit afterwards.

The workflow runs as an app inside Claude Desktop. Claude proposes values and cites them; it validates nothing on its own authority and it cannot approve. Guardrails, evals and audit trails work the same way as everything else on our AI Features page.
AI featuresOnce a person approves, the instrument is created in the security master and distributed by ordinary Epiphron DRTx requests, on your own servers, under your own policy, in each system's own format, with the request and batch ids retained.
Integration featuresWe will walk through it on a live estate, and talk about what it would take against your own documents.
